Help, revisions and refunds
Soulmate Sketch is operated by Psychic Draw. Contact contact@psychicdraw.com for order help, revisions or data requests. The service is intended for adults aged 18 or older.
Include your order number, device type and a description of the issue. Do not send passwords or payment card details.

Open Restore in the app and use the email associated with your portrait. If you linked your portraits to an Apple or Google account, sign in with that same account.
Delete your account or data
In the app, Profile → Delete account removes your sign-in account and sessions. Portrait orders remain available on your device and restorable by email. To delete orders and their personal data, email contact@psychicdraw.com from your order email, or include your portrait number. We verify ownership and respond within 30 days. Records required for tax or legal obligations are retained only for those purposes.
Can I request a revision or refund?
For website orders, email contact@psychicdraw.com with your order number and request. Support will review revisions or refunds under the offer terms. Apple and Google handle refunds for purchases made in their stores.
