Soulmate Sketch portraits, readings, horoscopes, tarot, games and clues are for entertainment and inspiration. They do not predict the future and are not professional, medical, legal, financial or relationship advice.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to purchase.

Purchases

On the website, prices are shown at checkout and charged by Stripe. In the apps, every product is a one-time in-app purchase charged by Apple or Google to your store account; there are no subscriptions in the apps.

Portraits are usually delivered within minutes in the app. Readings may take a little longer to be written the first time you open them.

Refunds for app purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. For website orders, contact contact@psychicdraw.com.

Your portrait

You may keep, save and share your portrait and readings for personal, non-commercial use. The portrait is an original artwork; any resemblance to a real person is coincidental.

Virtual rewards

Stardust, levels, streaks and achievements in the app are game features with no cash value. They cannot be bought, sold or exchanged, and may change as the game evolves.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, interfere with it, or try to access orders that are not yours.

Liability and changes

The service is provided “as is”, to the extent allowed by law. We may update these terms; continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms. Apple and Google are not responsible for the service and have no obligation to support it.
