Who we are

Soulmate Sketch (the website soulmatesketch.psychicdraw.com and the Soulmate Sketch apps for iOS and Android) is operated by Psychic Draw. Contact: contact@psychicdraw.com.

What we collect

Information you give us to create your portrait and readings: your first name (or full name on the website), birth date, who you are looking for, optional preferences, and, if you choose to give it, your email address.

Purchase information: when you buy on the website, payments are processed by Stripe; in the apps, purchases are processed by Apple or Google and confirmed through our payment partner RevenueCat. We receive a transaction identifier, the product and the price, never your card details.

If you choose to sign in with Apple or Google, we receive the provider account identifier and the email address the provider shares with us. We use them to link and restore your portraits. We do not receive your Apple or Google password.

App technical data: a random installation identifier created by the app, your app language, time zone and app version, and, only if you allow notifications, a push notification token. If you open the app from an advertising link, we store the campaign tags attached to that link.

We do not use advertising identifiers, we do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites, and the apps contain no third-party advertising.

How we use it

To create, deliver and let you restore your portrait and readings; to send notifications you asked for (for example “your portrait is ready”); to email your portrait and receipts when you gave us an email; to prevent fraud; and to answer support requests.

Portraits and readings are generated by our artists’ workflow with the help of AI tools operated by our processors. Your birth date is used to shape the portrait (for example the age of the person drawn) and your readings.

Sharing

We never sell your data. We share it only with processors that help us run the service: hosting and database providers, image and text generation providers, email delivery (Amazon SES), payments (Stripe, Apple, Google, RevenueCat) and push delivery (Expo). They may only use it to provide their service to us.

Storage and retention

Data is stored securely with limited access. We keep your orders for as long as you may want to see your portrait again, and for the periods required by tax law. Data on your phone (your progress, streaks and settings) stays on your phone and is removed when you delete the app.

Your choices and rights

You can turn notifications off at any time in the app or in your phone settings. You can use the app without giving an email.

If you signed in, Profile → Delete account removes your sign-in account and sessions. Your portrait orders remain available on your device and restorable by email. To also delete your orders and their personal data, use the email request below.

To access, correct or delete your data, email contact@psychicdraw.com from the address used for your order, or include your portrait number (shown in the app). We answer within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, the UK, Brazil or California) you may have additional rights, including to object and to complain to a data protection authority.

Children

Soulmate Sketch is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy. The date above shows the latest version.
